These terms govern your use of Plenty (the "Service"), operated by Plenty ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Plenty provides a mobile-first cooking and pantry-management app. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. Otherwise you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms as amended from time to time.
We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, documentation, and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. No reverse engineering, resale, or circumvention of technical limits.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. AI-generated content (recipe notes, substitutions) may be inaccurate and should not be relied on for medical, allergen, or dietary advice.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms.
See our Refund Policy for change-of-mind refund windows.
You grant us a limited license to store and process pantry, habit, and preference data you enter, solely to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you can request data export within 30 days; after that we may delete your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's principal place of business, subject to any mandatory local consumer rights.
Questions: use the in-app "Report an issue" button or reply to any Plenty email.
